Layered breakfast jars 😌💦🍨💜💙✨ Filled with two layers of chia pudding: blue colored vanilla and blueberry for purple💙💜 Used natural blue food color from a recipe by @feastingonfruit 💫 Topped with banana slices, frozen blackberries & blueberries! Resharing as I love it so much!⚡️✌🏽

Chocolate Chip Brownies 😜💘🍪🍫✨ Topped these with homemade chocolate frosting and vegan cookies!💛💛 Love this dessert combo!✌🏽⚡️ Recipe, Brownies: 1 cup all purpose flour (or gluten-free) 1/2 cup cacao powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 cup coconut sugar 1/2 cup coconut yogurt 1/2 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips Preheat oven at 375F(195c). Whisk everything except flour until combined and then add the flour. Bake in a lined pan for 25 to 30 minutes or until the brownie starts to pull away from the sides. Cookies: 1/4 cup peanut butter 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted) 1 cup coconut sugar 3 flax eggs (3 tbsp of flaxseeds mixed with 9 tbsp of water, rest for 5 minutes before adding) 2-3 cups all purpose flour 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips Mix coconut oil, sugar, peanut butter baking powder and flax eggs until well combined. Start adding flour until a dough forms, add chocolate hips and bake at 375f(190c) for 8 minutes. Frosting made with 1/4 cup vegan coconut cream cheese, cacao powder and maple syrup combined.

Waffles for breakfast!💘😍⚡️ As you may know I'm in the last issue of @thrivemags magazine! And You can find it in @wholefoods stores💛💛 Waffles topped with frozen blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and plums. I also made these chocolate and blueberry smoothies!💜💜 Recipe: 1 1/2 cups all purpose gluten free flour or just wheat flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt Wet ingredients: 1 1/2 cups almond milk 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup coconut sugar Mix dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls, stir wet into dry. Cook on waffle iron and serve immediately so it stays crispy. . Smoothies: Blueberry: 1/2 frozen banana, 1 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup blueberries Chocolate: 1 frozen banana, 1 1/2 cups almond milk and 2 tbsp cacao powder

Matcha Raw vegan cake!🍵✨ These colorful desserts were so delicious and the raspberries on top and the chocolate crust compliment the unique flavor of the matcha perfectly💚💚 Hope you are all having a lovely day! Recipe, Crust: 1 cup almonds 1 tbsp cacao powder 3-4 soft pitted dates 1-2 tbsp agave nectar Process in high until dough forms, press in tart tins and place in the freezer. Filling: 1 cup soaked cashews 1/2 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup coconut oil 3-5 tbsp coconut sugar 2-3 tsp Pure-Ma-Cha (matcha) from @we.are.cultured Blend everything in a blender until smooth and creamy, pour over the crust and freeze for at least 6-7 hours. Take out of the freezer 15 minutes before eating.

CHOCOLATE BANANA MUFFINS!🍌🍫✨Nothing better than fluffy and delicious muffins for breakfast😍💕 I topped them with melted chocolate and some chopped brazil nuts. The recipe is so easy and it uses very simple ingredients! Thanks for all of your comments and also to everyone who has joined my #naturallyjo5k party! (You can still join)🎉🎉🎉 Hope you are having a wonderful Saturday!💙💙 Dry ingredients: 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup cacao powder 2 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt Wet ingredients: 1/3 cup coconut sugar 2 1/2 ripe bananas 3/4 cup non-dairy milk 2 tbsp coconut oil (same amount of applesauce for no-oil) Preheat oven at 350f(180c). In a bowl mix together the dry ingredients until well combined. Add the wet ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, stir into the dry ingredients. Divide mixture in 10-12 muffin tins (3/4 full) and bake for 20-25 minutes.
