Habituellement, les gâteaux les plus appétissants sont ceux qui nous plaisent le plus visuellement. Décoration, glaçage, plein de petits détails sont censés nous donner envie de dévorer le gâteau. Et bien, Katherine Dey va complètement à contre-courant de tout ça puisque sa spécialité consiste à cuisiner des pâtisseries… plutôt repoussantes voire totalement répugnantes !
