Well as we continue our Easter hunt we visit @hotels.barriere to try the elegant Easter creation made by chef @benjaminroy_chefpatissier made with inspiration by a piece from the exterior of the hotel on Champs Elysées this is a truly collectors item made with 86% Bali dark chocolate and filled with almond praliné. Today’s Easter creation is also an Indiana Jones riddle as this “l’œuf caché révélé” by @michelcluizel is visible as a whole egg made from 3 different types of chocolate only at a specific angle, earning it the name “hidden egg” made with 72% dark chocolate, 42% milk chocolate and white chocolate, this creation is not only tasty but also makes you think!
