Jamie Otis, maman d’une petite fille

Jamie Otis, une star de la télé-réalité américaine, vient tout juste de poster une photo d’elle après son accouchement. La jeune femme de 31 ans vient, en effet, d’accoucher d’une petite fille. Elle et son mari Doug Hehner sont les heureux parents de la petite Henley Grace depuis le 22 août 2017. Sa photo post-partum postée sur Instagram est une véritable ode à la joie. Elle est souriante, assume ses rondeurs et plus heureuse que jamais. La photo en question a été prise trois jours après l’accouchement et la jeune femme est splendide ! On voit qu’elle se sent bien dans sa peau et ça fait plaisir à voir ! Mais, tout n’a pas été rose pour Jamie et son compagnon…

October is pregnancy and infant loss awareness month. I can't sleep well tonight so I blogged about my sweet boy, Johnathan Edward. I realize there is a great stigma associated with sharing photos of your baby who was born too early and has already gone to heaven so I want to say sorry if this offends you. However, if there's one thing my husband has taught me it's this: "Don't live life trying NOT to offend anyone and trying to please everyone." I hope by me sharing my sweet boy, Johnny (as Doug and I call him), you'll realize that he's a harmless, helpless baby who deserves to be remembered, not hidden away because his image may offend someone. And if you've lost your baby early, please know that you're not alone. Unfortunately, 1 in 4 women are affected by this. Yet, no one talks about it. I hope this can change. I'll be the first in my circle. You be the first in yours. Une fausse couche à 16 semaines

Et pour cause, quelques mois auparavant, Jamie Otis attendait un petit garçon. Malheureusement, elle a fait une fausse couche à 16 semaines de grossesse. Elle a d’ailleurs partagé ce moment dans un cliché particulièrement touchant sur Instagram. Le petit garçon s’appelait Johnathan Edward. Qu’il repose en paix… Quoi qu’il en soit, Henley Grace est leur petit miracle et ils n’hésitent pas à afficher leur bonheur sur les réseaux sociaux. Et c’est effectivement tout ce qu’on leur souhaite avec leur petite fille ! Félicitations aux jeunes parents.

Today is our DUE DATE … 🤰🏼 We were scheduled for an induction on 8/29 & I really didn't think she'd come before then.
